AIDA 3
The AIDA 3* course builds upon your knowledge from AIDA 2* improving on your static, dynamic, rescue and open water diving skills.
The new concepts that are introduced are the Mammalian Dive Response, free-falling, deep equalisation, more challenging rescue scenarios, the use of training tables, the risks of increasing and decreasing pressure and also how to minimize these risks. You will train these skills in the most common disciplines of freediving: Static Apnea, Dynamic Apnea, Free Immersion and Constant Weight.
The course includes 3 theory lessons of 2 hours each, 2 confined and 4 open water sessions. You will have to pass a theory exam at the end and reach minimum depth and breath hold requirements. You can reach up to 30m in this course.
Included: Instructor, boat use, all equipment, PDF theory document and certification.
